Following my graduation from The University of Georgia, I spent 5 years in corporate sales before discovering my true passion for real estate. Today, my extensive experience in luxury and lifestyle real estate spans over 25 years right here in Williamsburg. My area of expertise lies in the listing and selling of properties in gated, waterfront, golf course, and custom home communities.
Early in my real estate career I joined Busch Properties, Inc in Kingsmill on the James, initially serving as a realtor for 8 years before earning the position of President/Managing Broker of Busch Properties/Kingsmill Realty, Inc. Over a period of 9 years, I successfully led a team of realtors and sales professionals to market both existing homes and new developments within Kingsmill. I also served as a director on the Kingsmill Community Services Association Board for 9 years.
In 2017, I became a partner Coldwell Banker Traditions, alongside John Wilson and Tyler Brooks. I assumed the role of Director of the Global Luxury and Lifestyle homes division and oversee the marketing team.
Today, I am the owner of CHJ Realty, Inc. CHJ Realty Inc. is born out of a vision to provide personalized, innovative, and dedicated real estate services. My aim is to build a firm that not only meets the needs of clients but exceeds their expectations, creating lasting relationships rooted in trust and professionalism. With the knowledge and experience I have gained over the years, I look forward to introducing a fresh perspective and approach to the market.
